Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 working days or reciept.  Should there be any unexpeted delays Northernonline will advise you on the expected delay.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All customers will recieve a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Northernonline is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Northernonline is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping., however any damages and lost shipping should be refered to sales@northernonline.com.au
